Baja conjures images of rocky Pacific coastlines, long period waves and surges over kelp topped rocky stacks. It is perfect for exploring with an ocean playboat from a clifftop paddlers’ inn with a boat launch and walking distance from the best tequila you’ve never heard of. Learn to paddle pour overs, surf waves, shoot through slot canyons, slide into caves and paddle your butt off, eat tacos, sip tequila, suck limes, tell tales…repeat daily.
Lodging is a simple oceanfront paddlers’ dorm with male/female spaces, a pair of doubles for couples and plenty of space for camping if you prefer. Yes, there are hot showers and bathrooms as well as a kitchen where we’ll put together some nice meals leaving a couple of nights to try out local restaurants.

ARRIVAL DAY – Feb. 15: Fly into San Diego, CA, overnight on your own (we’ll suggest a convenient hotel).
Feb 16: Van pick up, drive a couple of hours to our base with a lunch and shopping stop.
Feb 17-21: Paddle, wahoo, drop, slurp, wahoo, splashdown, slurp, gurgle, grin, giggle and snort till your belly hurts…every day!
Feb 22: Van transport back to San Diego for hotel overnight on your own.
Feb 23: Fly home ….OR… join Jen Kleck for an add on trip that is a deep dive several hours further down the Baja coast to get up close and personal with some fellow mammals…whales! More information to come on this amazing 3-4 day extension that promises to be a once in a lifetime experience!

Reservations are held with a $500 deposit. The price below reflects the full amount, including service fees; However, your initial payment will be a $500 deposit (assuming you book 60+ days prior to the course).
The remaining amount due will be automatically charged to your credit card 60 days before the trip.
